Our range of services are aimed at short term insurance brokers within the South African insurance industry. In some cases, other intermediaries may also benefit from the services we offer.

Currently we serve more than 300 short term insurance brokers, 65 underwriting managers and 70 system providers.

Insure Group was founded in 1991 and has been successfully operating within our target market ever since. Insure Group is directly and indirectly responsible for the management of up to R11 billion of premiums in total as at November 2011.

We are a wholly owned operating subsidiary of a public company, governed by a board of directors, represented nationally with our head office based in Johannesburg supported by regional offices in the Western Cape and Kwazulu Natal regions.

We offer Premium Handling Services, Premium Financing, Broker Acquisition Financing and tailored services to our clients, providing them with Comfort, Convenience and Compliance, allowing them the freedom to focus their energy on growing their core business.

A: None. Insure Group is not an insurer and does not offer insurance policies or insurance products to individuals or businesses.

A: Insure Group Managers (Pty) Ltd is owned by a public company, Insure Group Holding Limited with multiple shareholders. The ultimate shareholding company is Inshare (Proprietary) Limited

Q: Are you owned or controlled, or influenced by any particular insurer?
A: No. Insure Group is an independent, privately owned company and has no relationship with any insurer, underwriter, broker or insurance system developer.

Q: Are you an authorised financial services provider?
Yes. Insure Group Holdings Limited is a licensed FSP under licence number FSP 2882 Insure Group Managers (Pty) Ltd is a Juristic FAIS Representative of FSP 2882.

Q: Are you a registered Credit Provider?
A: Yes. Insure Group Managers (Pty) ltd is registered with the National Credit Regulator under NCR 13 .
